Usually people only go to another country to date if they have first made phone calls and came up with at least one or two people to go out with there. Then, they will go for vacation (remember, we are talking about going to countries where it probably makes sense to go for vacation anyhow), and once they are there, if they see that they have a lot of people to go out with there, they will extend their flight. That is what I did.
