Good Question. Obviously 7th year is shemita so no problem there.

Totally do not know the answer but maybe:

1. Shemitta covered years 1 and 2. Ma’aser Ani (year 3( covered years 4 & 5 but then year 6 would leave extra presumably because year 7 (shemita) is next.

2. Ma’aser kesafim?
