Our Baal Koreh says Ka’eyleh really loud over the sound of the tzibbur. He also stresses the ‘Oo’ in ???? ??????? ??? ??????? on 2nd day pesach and 1st two days sukkos. And probably on parshas emor, but I haven’t been there yet for that, so I’ll let you know in a few weeks.
