IDF soldiers taking part in counterterrorism operations throughout Yehuda and Shomron arrested 16 suspects.

12:22: Rioting youth above died of injuries in Ramallah hospital.

12:25: Two Arabs were detected by the yishuv sentry near Elon Moreh. The first response unit was activated and the two were apprehended, found to be concealing knives. They were turned over for questioning with assumption they planned a stabbing attack.
