It’s filled with ketchup instead of jam or jelly.

The whole ketchup on the donut is the most disturbing imho.

Some people eat ketchup with anything, including ice cream. So that may work for them.

Honestly the whole Nutella burger sounds good.

If they make a pareve hazelnut chocolate spread on a donut with a meat patty inside, and it’s kosher, I would try it. Esp if I was eating it in my dreams (sometimes I dream that I am eating).
