** A 10th suspect has been taken into custody in connection to the attack against two soldiers near Rambam Medical Center early Shabbos morning.

** CNN: The American military has prepared a plan for a military assault in Syria.

10:30: A tree came down during the winter storm on Yehuda Halevy Street in Netanya, landing on parked vehicles. Baruch Hashem there were no injuries reported.

11:00: The winter storm has downed trees in Petach Tikvah, resulting in power outages.
