@ Eclipse, I think you need to have a kosher shtar signed with two adim in order for your ‘deal’ with the Aibeshter to be valid. My uncle is Rav Yitzchak Shmeltz from Williamsburg, and I think his Beis Din will be able to provide one to you; I heard such a story from my uncle about making a shtar like this last year for someone who wanted to learn in kollel, and still get a decent parnassa.
