Meshaneh Halachos as in “v’shinantam” or Kol hameshaneh (study) halachos b’chol yom muvtach lo…, not as in changing halachos. I believe that is the intended name of the sefer.Mishneh halchos is incorrect grammar and I do not think that is the corect name of the sefer.
