Lets see, cold is not “bolayah” so at most there is a safeik and possibly a sefek sfeika about the scooper. Was the scooper used for the non-kosher flavors and even if yes, was it washed off between scoops? Probably a shailoh for a Rov and not the “yentas” on this forum!
