IDF soldiers taking part in counterterrorism activities throughout Yehuda and Shomron on Wednesday night arrested nine suspects.

** A terrorist released by Israel in Shalit deal was arrested this morning in the Tulkarem area.

** Three Kiryat Arba area residents were escorted by police as they visited Har HaBayis in the morning. Some 200 Arabs surrounded them and shouted abusive slogans at them. Police arrested 3 Arabs.

** Police arrested a resident of Gilad Farm, 22, for alleged connection with torching a police vehicle in June of this year.

** The Kinneret rose and additional 2.5cm (1 inch) in the past 24 hours.

** The International Red Cross transferred 150,000 liters of diesel fuel to Gaza for 13 hospitals due to severe fuel shortage.

13:05: An Arab woman was taken into custody after unsuccessfully trying to stab a border policeman in the Casba area of Hebron. No injuries reported.

** A Beersheva court sent Mahmoud Abu Judar to four months in jail after he was apprehended diving 200 KPH in a 90 KPH zone. He has an additional 17 violations on his license. In addition, he was fined 2,000 NIS and prohibited from getting a new license for six years.
