Halacha pesuka: ANY part of a woman’s body that attracts attention and a man looks at for pleasure is considered an erva and ossur, ‘afillu etzba k’tanah’ . And this includes even finger nails and definitely toe nails!

And if so, then why not faces? Faces are far more attractive and looked at for pleasure than toe nails. Why, according to this halacha are faces not considered erva?
