If you are talking about weekday shacharit, then it obviously depends on the shule and minyan, and if the minyan starts with brachot or at Rabi Yishmael, etc. The minyan I normally attend during the week takes about 32 or 33 minutes on non-laining days, and about 40 minutes on laining days.
