On Erev Yom Tov, my 5-year-old brother
asked my father why our sukkah didn’t have
a door. He answered, “When you’ll be
a totty, you’ll make a sukkah with a door,
and I’ll come to your sukkah.”
The response he got was
“When I’ll be a totty, you might be dead.”
