The New Jersey Assembly has passed the same-gender marriage bill, sending it to Gov. Chris Christie where it is expected to be vetoed.
Christie, a Republican who opposes gay marriage, has promised “very swift action” when the bill reaches his desk.
The state Senate approved the measure Monday. There, two Republicans voted for it and two Democrats voted against it.

Christie willing to stand up for his principals. He should be commended.
I wonder if this terrible thing would’ve passed if the assembly didn’t know that it would be vetoed.
Anyone know if Lt. Gov. Guadagno is similarly opposed to gay marriage?
Just on the slight possibility that the winning ’12 ticket is Romney-Christie.
