WoW: If that’s the case, maybe you can talk to him about entering a lower-level Yeshivah. You said he’s smart. Maybe put him somewhere where he’d be one of the smartest and most knowledgeable kids. Let him be in a situation where other kids look up to him and where he can feel useful, important, and involved. Maybe see if he can enjoy Judaism from that perspective.
