The ongoing dispute between Ichud Hatzalah and Magen David Adom takes some people to unacceptable levels.
In this latest round, a Channel 10 report explains how someone used Photoshop to edit photographs depicting Ichud paramedics operating at a scene but on the official MDA website, the very same photos show their uniform patches as that of MDA.
The report explains that as the news of the photos on the MDA site spread, it quickly became evident the entire story was a fabrication on the part of MDA. The original photos from the Be’er Yaakov fire appeared on the Ichud news site and miraculously, the very same photos, albeit after being doctored, were displayed on the official MDA site.
When asked to respond to the report by Channel 10, MDA released a statement explaining that the plagiarism was the work of a private individual and as soon as MDA became aware of what had occurred, the photos were removed from the website.

It’s not “plagerism”. It’s a violating of trademark law, not to mention fraud.
This entire machlokes is insane. why can’t these two groups do their jobs and help the infirm, sick, injured, etc. without competition and hostility?
