There really aren’t a lot of 3 AM maariv minyanim even in Brooklyn. Maybe Shomrei Shabbos. I think Rabbi Landau’s shul’s last minyan is 1:30 or so. How many kollelim, mikvaos, etc. do you need? I can understand moving for education for your children (we did it 3 times), but I think number of amenities isn’t a good reason to uproot your family. Avraham didn’t move to Canaan because of the number of kosher pizza stores there.
