Rushing past me
no one has enough time to slow down
no one has enough sense to
nothing in this world is as should
that is why i speak to you
to escape reality
i find myseyelf speaking with you more and more
my dreams are for this to be reality
for only in my dreams could i dare to slow
to smell the roses
dare to speak my mind aloud
to chance things
for in the life we live
we are given voice alas no words to speak with
slowing is shunned
increase of speed is considerd progress
when we slow we will find what we rush to try
and recie is what we after really running past during our quest
we will only find this after our bodies limp
time only left to think with
