I was never really a lurker at the beginning. I started on the newspage posting there. When the CR opened, I naturally stepped inside and started posting here.
I don’t know exactly when or how but sometime after that I fell off the wagon from being an active participant in conversations and even starting threads to becoming a lurker. now and then, I overcome the temptation of lurking and actually post, but then I usually fall back into a lurkaholic state.
so I guess that I am halfway there, maybe a little more than half based on the 2 step program outlined by jax: 1) admit that you are a lurker (I am) 2) post (I just did) and keep posting (can’t promise)
