Was it wrong to talk to a JW on Shabbos? A JW woman knocked on our door on Shabbos afternoon.
Dd ran to the door because she was expecting Bubby (dunno why she thought that Bubby would be knocking because we leave the door unlocked for her specifically on Shabbos and dd is 10 and knows that but whatever she was probably excited).
Anyway I was horrified that the JW lady walked into our foyer with a JW magazine and some phone app or something that she was showing dd. I thanked the lady for stopping by and said that we are Jewish and asked her to take us off their address list (do they have something like that? A do not disturb list?). I didn’t know what to do.
Dh was napping and told me that I should have woken him up.
