They’re both frauds. One is not a bigger fraud than the other; they’re both total frauds. Perhaps Hillary didn’t lie as often because she didn’t find it to her advantage as often, but she has shown she will lie, and we’re talking about major lies, in her self interest.
She has also shown that she puts her self interest above national security. If not for political considerations, she would clearly be facing criminal charges in that regard.
Maybe Trump would also put self interest above national security, but that hasn’t been proven (yet?).
