In Parshas Ki-Sisa 33,11 – Rashi in the 1st D”H V’shov el hamachane (twds end), states that on 10 Tishrei (Yom Kippur), HaShem was appeased to Klal Yisroel with simcha and a complete heart, and he told Moshe “Solachti Kidvorecha” and then gave him the 2nd luchos.
Can anyone tell me what Rashi’s source is?
(To my knowledge, the only time Hashem said Solachti Kidvorecha was in Parshas Shelach after the sin of the Meraglim).
