France is now a wealthier country than the UK.
And the UK won’t exist at all in a few years. Scotland will certainly leave the UK and Northern Ireland probably will, too. England will become an economically depressed country with high unemployment and no outlet for its products, services, or people. This is a massive self-inflicted economic wound.
