Do you eat treif bec kosher is more expensive. Maybe kosher food should be free so that no one is tempted to buy treif food?
There are some chabad emissaries in outposts who sell kosher food below cost because they dont want people to eat treif. I think one of the places is Bangkok. They know if the price is too high people wont buy from them and will go elsewhere
