A Yeshiva Bachur is in serious condition after being struck by a vehicle, Sunday night.

The accident occurred about 9:20 PM at the intersection of Madison Avenue and 7th Street, TLS reports.

The Bachur, approximately 15 years old, was reportedly crossing Madison Avenue when he was hit and thrown about 30 feet from the intersection.

Lakewood Hatzolah Paramedics were expedited to the scene, and transported him to the Jersey Shore Medical Center with serious injuries.

The Lakewood Police Department are on the scene conducting an investigation.
