1 Cup Pot Starch
1/2 C cake meal
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
2 Teaspoons vanilla
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips with an electric mixer then fold in the chocolate chips at the end with a spoon.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 in a 9 x 13 pan.
