Two children riding on bicycles were injured last week when they were struck by a bus near Kiryat Vishnitz in Bnei Brak. Baruch Hashem, their injuries were not serious. They were hospitalized for a number of days and released.
Due to the proximity of the incident to Kiryat Vishnitz, HaRav Yisrael Hager reminded his tzibur of the takana prohibiting children to ride bicycles in public areas inside the kirya.
The rav made his comments during seudas shlishis on Shabbos, explaining this is to prevent children from being in a dangerous situation.
As a result of the rav’s words rabbonim in mosdos Vishnitz were instructed to remind talmidim of the regulation in schools as well.

So, have the hilonim been denouncing this clear attempt to usurp the power of the state and to substitute rabbis for legislators, policemen and bureaucrats?
I guess they will all have to start rollerblading
Why has it taken a week to advertise this??
So where can they ride if need be?
