actually your post is completely backwards. google doesnt allow apps which interfere with other apps or services to run at all. the iphone allows you to set parental guidelines on your phone, or lock the browser entirely, which would then allow you to install a browser that would double as a web filter. blackberry is so awful youd have to be nuts to browse on it anyway.
