YW Moderator-29: Thats an interesting point about people discussing it in real-life. I dont generally see this and it is usually a subtle thing known but not discussed. But its very possible others do discuss it. If you look at my OP, its very non-intimidating and any such tone you mentioned is completely unintentional.
