Seeking to avoid additional conflict, the chareidi tzibur was urged to avoid mehadrin bus lines on Sunday afternoon, as was reported by YWN-ISRAEL.
While dozens of people took part in the operation on Sunday evening to board mehadrin buses and ignore gender separation in an act of protest, there were no scuffles or confrontations and the anticipated “thousands” did not take part as organizers indicated would be the case.
A number of activists boarded a number 40 bus in the Ramot area of the capital and did their best to provoke an incident, but they were unsuccessful as riders simply ignored their actions.
One participant told the media that he is not seeking to provoke anger or an incident, but he simply wishes to make a point, that the frum tzibur cannot dictate lifestyle for him and his companions. Kikar Shabbat reports that he says he does not wish to offend anyone, or enter anyone’s home and there is absolutely no hate for chareidim or the lifestyle of the community, simply a message to “live and let live”.

How is someone boarding a chareidi bus to try and tell chareidim that they must sit together with women, not caller attempting to dictate to them how to live?
Its like in America where only the perverted are allowed to have rights.
i have a question for these honest people who only are seeking tha we should not dictate how they should live. how about them removing their offensive advertisements from frum neighborhoods how about they keep their toeva parades out of the faces of the frum. let them practice what they preach

האלימות נגד הציבור החרדי מחלחלת גם לקהילות הגולה: אברך חרדי הלומד בכולל ‘הררי’ שבג’נבה הותקף ביום חמישי האחרון על ידי צעיר גוי ברובע או-ויבס (Eaux-Vives) בז’נבה.
האברך תושב אקסלבן סיפר כי כשהלך לתומו ברחוב עם לבושו החרדי כמידי יום ביומו לעבר הכולל, רץ לעברו צעיר גוי וכשהוא אחוז אמוק דקר אותו באמצעות סכין שהחזיק בידו בגבו.
הגוי השאיר את האברך כשהוא מתבוסס בדמו על השביל הסמוך לבית המלון ‘בסט ווסטרן דיפלומט’ הסמוך לבית מדרשו של הגרא”י שלזינגר – רב העיר.
עוברי אורח מיהרו להזמין את כוחות ההצלה שפינו את האברך לבית החולים המקומי.
הבוקר (ב’) שוחרר האברך לביתו כשהוא סובל מדימום בגב.
משטרת ג’נבה פתחה בחקירה, ומבררת האם מדובר בצעיר ממוצא גרמני או שמדובר בערבי, עובד זר, המתגורר בקרבת מקום.

Mark…you seem to have it backwards. The perverted ones are those such as yourself and others who distort daas torah by insisting there is some halachic requirment to separate the genders on a bus or train. It was never the practice to separate genders in the alte heim when our parents and grandparents would ride the trains seated together. Even rav Moshe, Z’tl, paskind it was OK for men and women to ride the subways together to get to and from work. If you have an issue riding together with a woman, than get some assistance with your issues.
The attacks on Jews in Europe continue to grow, be more numerous and more vicious.
It should be a wake up call to us here in the ‘medina shel chesed’ that has an economy that is collapsing.
