as a personal customer service agent for a few companies myself. i would not call that customer service. your customer needs to feel appreciated for the business he gives you. with the terms you wrote YWN has it does not sound too caring but just short & to the point. sounds like this is it & if you don’t like it then get out of here or go to a different media website to advertise etc…
