when Hashem (not yosef) sees that klal yisroel whole heartedly does teshuva as a nation together as one (from frum to reform etc…) then he can send Mashiach & return his shchina to Klal yisroel with the Bais Hamikdosh.

BUT JUST REMEMBER there’s no one to blame but OURSELVES. how many tragedies does it take to get the wake up call from Hashem that its time to do teshuva? you think about that.
