Two youths attempting to escape from a police vehicle on Highway 4 ended in a fatal crash early Friday morning. The passenger, a 20-year-old man from Kfar Saba, was killed in the incident while the driver was seriously injured.
 
Another driver, whom the two collided with, was lightly injured. An initial investigation revealed that the two escaped a police vehicle, after they refused to stop at a police roadblock.
