It’s even worse than that. It only financially penalizes the husband if the husband doesn’t give it; it makes no provisions to penalize the wife if the wife doesn’t accept it. Furthermore, it pressures the giving of a Get even in cases where halacha doesn’t require a Get. And additionally it mandates using a beit din that has a reputation for issuing decisions that are based on popular feminist views and follow secular law over halacha when the two differ.
