Do you want an American program? Most Anglo-Israelis (as in, girls who made aliyah from Anglo countries, speak English at home, live in RBS, that type) went to Chedvas or Ofakim. I’m sure there are others as well. I went to Michlalah and they apparently have some sort of program for Anglo Israelis, but I’m not sure how active it is. I know that a lot of American seminaries don’t like taking Israeli girls because the fact that they live in Israel disrupts the seminary experience that the rest of the girls are having. (Though I definitely know exceptions, so…)
