As far as the Shtreimel is concerned, not that it has anything to do with the OP’s point, it never was worn by non-Jews. And you won’t find pictures of such. They may have wore some sort of fur hats, but never the form of a shtreimel. The shtreimel was originally designed as a Jewish hat.
