  1. You would have to be a pro to kill someone through any window, here it was a window real thick. Even if he was an amazing shot he still wouldn’t be able to get the bullet through that bullet proof window. And besides OBAMA WASN’T EVEN THERE!

  2. I do agree with #3, but I just want to ask him a question. How do you think Hernandez would know that it was a really thick window? That has nothing to do with anything!

  3. Dumkopfs – Law 101: An charge of attempt is legally sufficient if it charges that the defendant had the intent to commit the crime and that he or she made an active attempt to do so. Period.

  4. I heard on the news that this guys friend says that he had said hes got to kill the president so maybe he really did try to kill Obama. If he did think he would be able to kill him he aint that smart!

  5. What the mainstream ObamaMania drive by media won’t tell you is that some of the lowlife occupy dirtbag groups across the fruited plane held a moment of silence for this piece of trash.

  6. If you shoot at something where you think there is a person, but there is no person there, it is generally considered attempted murder, even though it was impossible that you would kill him.

This is called “impossible in fact.” The other type of impossible is when it is “impossible in law.” An example of that is if you shoot a stump, thinking it is a person.

Now, even though people pretend there is a difference between the two, there actually is no difference, and if I would give you an example, you would not be able to say which one it was.

  7. Today’s news says the perp thinks he’s Yushka…and that Obama is the Anti-Yushka. Re the latter, maybe he’s borrowing sentiments from YWN bloggers.

  8. No. 1: You are off the mark. An assassination requires that there be a body in the cross-hairs. Without a body in the cross-hairs, the shot is a mere attempt.

No. 2: Torah 101: The world is not crazy, just some of the people in it.
