Sam2 : Actually, what jack123 wrote is correct. I checked the Tur and most Poskim endorse the view that there is no “shevua shechal bo” this year or any year when Tisha be’av falls on a sunday. The Tur does bring down a shitta who holds otherwise (the Semag-an Ashkenazi rishon) but the Shulchan Aruch does not record that shitta as halocho. BTW- this shitta will agree that when Tisha be’av is not a nidche and falls on sunday, there is no shevua shechal bo.
