I was in the area recently and I met a Frum man (He seemed Chassidic) from Monsey in Arad. I met him at the Tire shop and I helped him with hebrew as I spoke some and he did not.
After giving him help he told me he goes to the Dead Sea a few times a year for his Sciatica , So I am guessing there is. You probably would not want to go to Ein Bokek there are alot of Spas there.
You might also want to try the Jordanian side, there are beaches there too
