Reply To: Non religious argument against same sex marriage

The writers of the consitution probably did not agree with interacial marriage either (except maybe Jefferson). Interacial marriage has only been legal everywhere since 1967 in the Loving v. Virginia case (The man’s name was actually Richard Loving and his wife was Mildred Loving)
