Two tractor-trailers have collided on Route 78 (east-bound) near Liberty Avenue – one of them a tanker – and have exploded. The NJSP are confirming fatalities. Both, express and local lanes have been completely shut down – and will remain shut for an extended operation. Expect serious delays in the area. UPDATE 2:08PM EST: NJSP are now confirming that there are two fatalities.
