Thank you Rebbe Yid to no 1 I guess a cc is easier but it does not really matter, 2 i cannot speak for other stores but this is the policy in ours my store takes customer service very seriously, 3 it does seem they missed their nap and are grumpy for it that is just the way it seems to me. TY SIDI
