There can be no doubt that Syrian dictator Basher al-Assad is concerned over growing predictions that his days in office are numbered. The Syrian leader once again released a warning, that any attempt to invade his country by foreign forces will result in a second Afghanistan, the Sunday Telegraph reports. The Syrian leader is quoted as warning against “an earthquake” that would “burn the whole region”.
While Assad continues to efforts to show he is in control, protests continue along with the government’s indiscriminate killing of unarmed people. Reports from Damascus state 50 people were murdered over the weekend and the death toll during the last week was about 300.
In recent statements warning against international intervention in events in Syria, Assad stated he will not hesitate to target US bases in the region and Israel with missiles should the international community dare intervene.
The Kuwaiti media reports that the Arab League has warned Assad again, explaining that if a solution is not reached, international intervention is inevitable.

If he’s smart, he would learn a lesson from Egypt and Lybia, and leave his country now, while he can still flee freely.
So he aspires to give up ruling a country and become an underground leader living in caves?????
Good news, Rabosai,
Sarei Yishmael are toppled / killed one after the other. This is rather new. Hopefully, we are entering a new phase, that of the fall of Yishmael.
