Start by appreciating that the value of every word of Torah and Tefilla that we say is infinite, and that we should be incredibly grateful to Hashem for allowing us to know that we have Someone to daven to and Someone Whose Torah to learn (the vast majority of people in the world don’t know these things). Once we start with that, all the details do certainly need to be worked out, but keep them in perspective that those are just details and the main thing is that we know and appreciate that there is a Main Thing.
