If you go to Baltimore, you need to see Rabbi Heinemann or one of his assistants at the Agudah to get a teuda. It’s a formal, laminated document that’s good for a specific amount of time. You won’t get much around the city if you don’t get one of these. Also be prepared to get tzedaka scrip, which you turn in at the Aguda to get actual money. When you get scrip, I think 10% goes to local schools.
