The prisoner release process continues, on schedule according to IDF officials. Gilad Shalit is in the Kerem Shalom area, and he has spoken with his mother who awaits his arrival at the Tel Nof air force base together with her husband and other family members.
It is estimated that he will take off in an air force helicopter for Tel Nof in about an hour.
