It is most certainly possible, although ethically (and therefore legally within the medical community) it is questionable. There have been many complex multicellular organisms successfully cloned, but there are still major (and common) complications that arise.
At the current stage of scientific progress we can not ensure the cloning process to be perfect, so we refrain from doing so for the purpose of human well-being.
