the backtick is on top of the tab key.

in short,

First paste your picture on a word document or in notebook. Do a find/replace. Find the backticks and replace with apostrophe. When done, post a backtick, then a period. Then press enter. Paste your picture, enter, another backtick and period and PRESTO!
