Not much of a difference between Passaic and Clifton. It’s basically one community with the same schools, shuls, stores, and mikvah. There are a few minyanim that are nusach sfard, spread out around the area. Best thing is to contact a real estate agent in Passaic, and she would be able to fill you in on the demographics.
