“it” is a typo that should have read “is”. “eat” was a typo that I intended to delete before submitting. “excersize” is a misspelling that you surely understood the meaning of. Replace the commas with semicolons if that makes it easier to read. And note that it is a reply to the comment immediately preceding it, namely the posters point about “because everyone else is”.
